Update Your Information
We encourage all of our members to maintain accurate contact information with the credit union so you can continue to receive important updates, tax documents, and more.
The best and most secure way to update your information is to log in to Online Banking to submit the change. You have the option to update your mailing address, email address, phone number, and more.
Members with Online Banking
- To update your contact information, select the Loan Apps & More tab.
- To the right of Change of Address, Phone Numbers, etc. click Continue.
- Make the appropriate changes to your contact information and click Submit.
Members without Online Banking
- Update your contact information by mail or fax. Complete the Change of Address form. Be sure to sign the form before sending it. No change will be made without a valid signature. Please mail the signed document to PO BOX 50480 Washington, D.C. 20091-0480, or fax a copy to the credit union at 202-737-2992.
- Update in person. Stop by the nearest branch and bring a valid photo ID.
